Free Summer Resources
Sora - Encourage your child to read free books online this summer with the Sora app or website. Locate Granville Central School District in the options of schools and sign in with your child’s school email address and password.
The Pember Library - Walk, bike ride or drive to the Pember Library at 33 Main Street in Granville and get a free library card. Use your library card to check out movies and books.
Then download the free Libby app (for kids and caregivers) to check out audiobooks and digital books for free by registering with your library card.
Tip: You can read/listen to books directly on the Libby app or download the free Kindle app.
BONUS! You’re not limited to the Pember’s in-house stock.
You can order free books, films, games and audiobooks from the entire Southern Adirondack Library System through the Pember website.
Just login with your free library card and the items will be delivered (for free!) to the Pember and you will be notified by email when they arrive. (When requesting items be sure to select “all items - all libraries” in the search terms.)
